salary problem, management problem poor startup company..

When they need you you will find this company is full of pros. But ultimately you will fine none. 1. Work culture is good 2. Project manager is good 3. Learning possibility is good

1. Never give salary on time, never, sometimes they give salary near the month end 2. Manipulates employees to tell lie infront of the clients 3. Always pretend to have a large team, but employees are limited, so you will be in immense pressure, which is somehow good for learning, but the problem is they always overestimate themselves and underestimate the employees, 4. Always interfere with your personal life, never miss an opportunity to humiliate you 5. Take big projects with low resources, and can blame you at the end when they can't deliver the project on time. 6. Don't even give a laptop or pc when you do work from home, on the other hand they will track your personal computer with a third party app when you work for them. So privacy issues. 7. They make any rules any day according to their choice. 8. Management team is poor, rude and arrogant 9. They also can threat you to do penalties with silly points 10. They can reject you after selecting if they get any cheap substitute.
