Probably the best job I've had in my brief 10 years of software development. - The talent density is extremely high. Tier 1 hedge-fund sort of minds - The mission is what I'd term "civilisationally important". It's difficult not to feel proud of what we're making vs the average SaaS job - The work is incredibly interesting. Not only the sort of software problems we get to work on but the domain itself is a different and fascinating universe - Great office, great perks (free lunch and dinner), socials, equipment, low bureaucracy The general vibe here is excitement and high energy. Excellent time to join
