Pros

Some genuinely nice people at the main office.

Cons

This place is a turnover machine. The typical employment lasts about a year and a half and I have seen an entire group leave within months. Specifically, the Baltimore office should be avoided at all costs. It is rampant with sexually suggestive comments, racial profiling, and incompetent management. What's worse, the sexual comments and profiling comes from specific senior officials within the Baltimore Office., leaving you with no one else to turn to. Hours are long and stress levels are always high. Socially it's a very fake environment, it's best to put headphones on and be in your own zone.

Pros

Even though the workload can be hectic it’s truly a people oriented company. There is currently an acquisition going on (and I’ve been a part of several throughout my career), but it feels like the messaging here is only expanding upon the culture that makes this place good to work at in the first place.

Cons

I do think initiative sometimes feels rushed with various directions across the company which often results in miscommunication. Sometimes this can result in work that ends up not being needed and sometimes it means drop everything to complete something that is needed right away. We do have monthly company meetings which help, but things change quickly.

Pros

As mentioned in in the title, the best part about working here is that there’s a great culture and great supporting people who have genuinely become my friends. There’s a lot of good work to get involved to grow your career.

Cons

Even despite having PTO hours available, using it almost feels impossible. There’s too much work at times to use it. You really have to plan when there’s not a lot that you’ll be missing.
