Staff at the 'Depot' were friendly and supportive, people took time to explain the routes, and the ticket systems I wasn't the first trainee driver to leave Lots more support required where people are stepping up from a car to a bus
Cons
Not enough time given - approx 20-30 hours Instructors listened to other instructors and formed a prejudiced view before driving with the trainee Pushed out when someone decided I wasn't going to achieve driver status as opposed to being supported and developed properly into the role All felt very rushed
