Arrive is a great first sales job, and the company does spend adequate resources to train their people. The people you work with are also great.
Cons
Favoritism trumps anything at this company. A select few control the keys to the mod lucrative accounts. Carrier reps have to stand getting yelled at for things out of their control, and overall it is an unprofessional work environment.
The environment is very toxic. Micro Management at an epic level, I have never experienced such until this company. The People helpers (HR) do not care about you and denied several requests. I will be filling an ADA complaint against them.
