Pros
High energy, free coffee, mostly good people. Potential for high earnings. Most of the managers are awesome, hard working and easy to get along with. They are understanding and will fight for you if you work hard and show them you can hustle and can handle yourself. Good job out of college.
Cons
Disrespect from BD to Carrier Sales is unprofessional and childish. Trust is hard to build on either end as a result. The training I received had little to no real sales training, just pick up the phone and call and hope you have the charisma to generate business. Commission drops regularly. The company is always changing, which isn't always a bad thing but is used in a fashion to weed out employees who don't agree. ie; pay, WFH ability, metrics ect. Favorites are played, no matter how much better you are than the internal competition. Constantly felt like there was nothing more for my future at Arrive other than being a rep.
