Shocking attitude all round - Information Technology Arrow Global Employee Review

Almost every aspect of the company is appalling. Unskilled senior staff, poor management, inability to make decisions, lack of vision, lack of skills. absolutely no care for staff what so ever. HR would rather cover up problems. Fire and forget attitude, disengaged from colleagues, daft company 'values'. Incompetence at the "'senior' and 'group' levels.
