Pros

• Pay is Decent • Most Holidays Off • Smaller "family" atmosphere The Owner and CEO as well as the president are very nice and down to earth people.

Cons

I will try to keep this simple. Overall, this company is a small business that parades itself as a big major business to it's customers, but in reality, is EXTREMELY short staffed to the point that one person at any given time could be doing the workload of 3-4 people. There is no structure when it comes to the chain of command, and there is a lack of qualified, knowledgeable people in management positions, and there is a serious lack of communication company wide. This company is a company that is slow to adapt to the times and lacks the technology and resources to stay competitive with it's competition. Please beware of this place. They may try to show only the positives, but the Negatives FAR outweigh the positives. At the beginning I enjoyed what I did but as time went on I took the rose colored glasses off and saw the true nature of how business is conducted.

Pros

The owners of the company are good people who actually care about the company values and not just making money. They have a great reputation both with customers and with others around the industry. They tend to hire good quality people, too, so I actually really enjoy the folks I get to work with. Work/life balance is very reasonable. The company seems to be very healthy and continuing to grow.

Cons

Compared to some of the big corporate national players in the industry I think they may be a little lower in terms of compensation (though what they pay is still plenty, and probably higher than a bunch of other companies).

Pros

The pay is decent i felt like, and you get a company truck/van

Cons

management is quite bad at communication, and turnover is very high, so we were short staffed the entire time i was enployed.
