Pros
The people (including leadership) are wonderful here. They are always open to change and I feel heard and valued. There isn’t a single person who has made me feel like I don’t belong and I was able to make an impact on the team right away. The code is in a sweet spot - it’s become much more stable but there are still tons of interesting challenges.
Cons
I think we could beef up our benefits and salary a bit but they have already started to work on making some changes after asking everyone for feedback on benefits which has been great to see.
