First of all, I cant imagine 3.5 stars for this co.. This company deserves no star at all.. All good reviews are posted by HRs and HRs also force employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor, in front of them in office, so that they can get overall good rating. Don't get fooled by those. When I worked there (worst part of my career.. thank god now I'm out), management doesn't know how to operate. Everyday they will give bunch of tasks and ask you do those or we will fire you. Daily I used to think whether I will be fired today!! With fear of that, still employees are working in company. Such a crap! They will give any dam work which are completely irrelevant to work profile.
