Culture: -Very high turnover rates (in all departments) many people leave during high season due to stress or being overworked - (major) Department vs department conflict -Lack of constructive communication -Top to bottom people work 60-90 hours per week often never taking a day off from December-May -Understaffed -Minimal to zero training In my personal department this was an extremely traumatizing position and I did not work here very long.
