Expected me to sit by the phone for work and had no life as a result. Paid minimum wage with some suspicious deductions, made me pay for uniform, not offered an advance even though I had to wait 6 weeks for first payment. On leaving I had to press them to get the correct amount of holiday pay and pay in lieu of notice. Appeal against the termination of my trial was not considered properly and the note taker during the appeal hearing also joined in attacking me. Was accused of being late against records when actually I was not late, often I had been called out because someone didn't turn in but they wasn't at all grateful for that. The local manager was useless. Favouritism as some people doing the same job were paid much higher.
