      AMV has a family like atmosphere that promotes work-life flexibility, career development, and the pay and benefits are great! Our community leadership truly cares for the associates and are very approachable. Working with the residents each day has been a blessing.

      Cons

      AMV is a small city so getting timely communication out to all associates is sometimes an issue.

      At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

      Cons

      Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
