The leadership team was inconsistent and having power struggles with their bosses. Unsupportive when a issue was addressed, told to have thicker skin. Change occurred very often- never knowing what would be expected of you that day. Lack of communication, decreased awareness of what other senior living community’s were doing in the area- not up to date on offering new and improved services. Extremely high turn over rate, unfriendly leaders passing frontline in the hallway and not acknowledging them. Residents of Independent living were extremely difficult and demanding, with no regard for rules and management allowed them to run all over staff, hence high turn over.
