As a performance coach, I love working with students and helping them achieve their dreams. It's very difficult to manage everyone's expectations, but at the end of the day - we all want the same thing, the success of the student. This is the first time in my career that I'm excited to come to work.

There can be a lot of work and it moves very fast and dynamically - we sometimes have to talk to kids on weekends too.

Startup so there's a lot of opportunity for growth, kids are pretty nice and very manageable, and the management staff is nice. Hours are flexible, it's all work from home, and you set your own lesson time. CEO is pretty fast with communication. Curriculum is so fun to implement; you create your own coaching style/material for the kids.

Hours can be random, most in Singapore time. Communications aren't always super clear about scheduling with parents, so you need to clarify with management a lot via email.
