      - There is a chance to develop a lot here - You need to put in the effort to keep the communication flowing within the team as everyone works from home. - The team is really helpful, including the HR Manager and all of my colleagues

      Decent work culture, unlimited leaves, helpful managers

      Cons

      Strict about time logging, has a time tracking application and measures hours per work. Some people are micromanagers who expect people to work on weekends too without any rewards
