Thank you for your candid feedback. We are a small but a hard working startup. We work on multiple projects, few at times under pressure as that is the nature of the business. Over the past 1.5 years we have been with 2 Saturdays off every month. I am sorry we could not do it before. Salary hike is dependent on the performance as an individual and also as a team member.
