The job has really great people and people are experienced in what they do. Everyone does a bit of everything so even if they don't do exactly what you do, they can at least point you in the right direction.

The onboarding process is a bit rough, but as any job, you just gotta pick it up over time, they're pretty understanding.

A bit light on managerial supervision (telling you what to do) thus people need to understand their jobs and roles and take their own initiative. Leadership and ownership is always a scarce commodity. Asentria is better for the self motivated, Great for those who see a problem that needs to be solved and have the smarts and finesse to figure out how to provide solutions. Not a good company if this does not work for you.
