Benefits package is not the best

In my time there, a lot of the support folks and administrators were fantastic people who were willing to work hard and have each other’s backs. Unfortunately, this attitude was not shared by upper management.

Upper management takes out their insecurities on their employees constantly. There is no intent to improve an incredibly outdated and unreliable product, and the focus of the business is clearly on squeezing as much money out of their customer base while providing as little value as possible. Turnover is sky high because good people know better than to stay at this place.
