There is none. No Cons

There is nothing pro working for this company, no culture, bad compensation structure, worst management ever. Over promised during interview once you are hired hiring manager does not even look at your in the eyes. Management on 14th floor think they are above everyone that works hard on the 13th floor.

Zero growth, no one ever gets promoted. Micromanaged to the maximum- extremely obsessed about when you come in, how much time you spend for lunch and when you leave work. Jewish owned company if you are not Jewish you will not get the same treatment. All religious Jewish will be gone on Friday early while if you are not Jewish you are mandatory to stay.
