I can't really think of a positive.

• Chaotic work environment • Toxic culture. Regarding buy-in, they literally made a Jim Jones reference saying "drink the kool-aid ". • Sexual harassment isn't taken seriously. The HR department isn't any help. They actually are perpetrators themselves.
