Pros
The best thing about Ashoka is the people. They are extremely smart, motivated, and collaborative. The organization has many projects and teams so there is a wide range of options to find your place.
Cons
A lot of ideas go nowhere and are unrealistic from an execution standpoint. There needs to be better alignment of goals between Ashoka and its partners when launching initiatives.
