Pros
After being retrenched and having to find other jobs, I’d return to AFT anytime. I heard the company is still operating and have taken on other projects and merged with other companies. The benefits and how they treat their employees are really commendable. The Management deserve kudos.
Cons
It was very chaotic with the frequent changes. The top management involved in operations were always stressing work quality but they really were clueless.
