      Making a vital change within the community and seeing the direct impact it has on the patient's and his/her family. A great exposure for anyone who is interested in pursing a career in healthcare or nonprofit.

      Cons

      The location is far and does require to commute. But all in all, there is not much con about the organization.

      The work is extremely fulfilling. The director and founder both have a passion for helping others and have created a motivating work environment.

      Cons

      There is a lot of weekend work.
