Pros
Learn to work under pressure due to unlimited workload and assigned activities. Salary as per the market is good but later on they are deducted in various ways.
Cons
Complete dictatorship of the Vice Chairman cum Managing Director. There's no laid down policy or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) followed as everything is done and changed according to the VC & MD. Very disappointing employee exit formalities even if you want to make a smooth exit. There's no guarantee in terms of receiving salary as it can be put on hold due to any reason and salary deduction is a common and daily practice. Late markings and suspensions are practiced regularly too and that is also an indirect method of salary deduction. You can be put in any department irrespective of your qualification and area of interest. No proper training is provided for your work rather you would be put to work right away and produce results. You are not allowed to have your own food and neither are you allowed to go out and eat. You are bound to eat at the staff canteen by making payment, the food of which is of very poor quality. You will not get any support from the management if you face any trouble or difficulty in work. Many of the staff are not allowed to carry your mobile phone inside the hospital (you have to submit your phone near the security cabin). You cannot carry any eatables inside the hospital (like fruits, candies like vicks,etc.). You wont find a professional environment and behavior from the management. There is more of penalization and mental harassment than learning in the organization.
