Pros
- Young, international team of likeminded people that will easily become your friends outside of work. - Nice lunch every day, fun activities/parties. - Quite fast paced and always room to experiment. You get the freedom to do so and have actual impact. - If you're a junior and looking for a fast paced company to work at for 2 years max, and you're very stress resistant, I'd recommend working here.
Cons
- Management has more eye for revenue and making it comfortable for themselves than making sure the employees are paid at market value. The salaries don't reflect the hard work and expertise of most employees. - Only junior people get hired that lack experience, simply because they are cheaper and easier to 'mold'. - There is apparent micro management and favouritism among management (especially in favour of the 'veterans'). - A real top down approach even though they try to make it seem that the company is a 'flat' organisation. - Sensitive/HR related issues are not handled properly and often pushed under the rug. - Internal communication and transparency needs improvement. - Growth opportunities for employees are not very well established.
