      The people I work with in the office and our district/national/higher ups have been great people to work with and learn from.

      Cons

      No real cons, just know that you will hear many different stories and deal with all kinds of different clients, and it won't always be good.

      Pros

      Extensive training program, great for beginners in the field. The management has been so helpful the entire way through, as well as offering an abundance of support as needed.

      Cons

      Aspen Square has limited job availability.

      They really put a lot of time and effort into their employee growth & development. The company truly feels like a family and upper management cares about your success.
