      None that I can think of. I love my residents.

      I currently work for Aspen. ALERT! Was asked to write a review on Aspen and to make sure it was " Stellar" Let me tell you all something. Deceiving your staff gets you no where. I will stay and laugh behind your backs just as you do ours. I'm not on their radar YET!

      Pros

      Extensive training program, great for beginners in the field. The management has been so helpful the entire way through, as well as offering an abundance of support as needed.

      Cons

      Aspen Square has limited job availability.

      They really put a lot of time and effort into their employee growth & development. The company truly feels like a family and upper management cares about your success.

      Low compensation and bonus structure compared to other property management companies.
