Pros
I met some nice people and gained good work experience.
Cons
Not all of the people are good. Some are down right rotten. Years after leaving, blocking, and moving, employees follow you. They do not pick up on normal social queues, HINT HINT WINK WINK, leaving many vulnerable. They sell knowledge, but do not attain and apply it to themselves as well. Then come after should you see through their facade of competence.
