Being an analyst at Aspire has been such a rewarding experience. The leadership team is supportive, approachable, and truly invested in both staff development and client outcomes. I feel well-trained, valued, and encouraged to grow professionally. The clinical supervision is consistent and collaborative, and the focus on ethical, high-quality ABA services is clear in everything the company does. The work can be challenging, but it’s meaningful, and the team culture makes a big difference. I’m grateful to be part of an organization that prioritizes both its clients and its employees. After they trained me to become PCM, I have had to deal with some high intensive behaviors. A lot of times I will see trigger signs and there will be enough time to get the support of the PCM staff, but I have had a punch thrown at me! Thankful for the great training and blocking!
