Rewarding work, Great Doctors, Better pay than other Healthcare jobs.
Cons
Not the best at employee retention. Sometimes felt like management didn't put patient needs over revenue gain. Administration department lacked good managers. Overworked all staff/departments and didn't provide support to prevent burnout.
