      Minimally educated executive team. Zero clinical background allows nursing to make changes without question or oversight. High turnover enable multiple opportunities to practice onboarding and interview skills

      Cons

      Physician owned, non-clinical CEO who is the son of the owner runs the company. HR super unethical. No PTO or vacation paid. Bait and switch during interviews to what job is.
