I specifically told them during my phone interview that I wasn’t interested in working for a company that does sales, anything commission based, or anything with a quota. They told me that it was nothing like that, and that this job is a customer service position that helps pre existing clients that have already made inquiries. When I had my video interview, the hiring manager said that they like calling it “standards” not “quotas” but you need to make a certain number of sales each week. It’s a pyramid scheme because they give you a list of peoples information and want you to sell faster internet to people that don’t need it, and you only make 35% of your sale, the rest of the money goes to the branch manager. This has nothing to do with customer service and it’s pathetic that they’ll say anything just to get people in their company to make sales.
