Decent pay, flexible with schedule when needed. Won't be held to any rules.
Cons
VERY unstructured and chaotic. Projects have tight deadlines, which is expected. However, you will get no direction, or even the basic information needed to complete your portion. Questions go unanswered and ignored. Then chaos breaks out to get across the finish line, causing high levels of stress. Management is condensending, and can be downright rude, while providing no direction. Good amount of employees not pulling their weight, in the slightest. Others are forced to compensate for this, leading to uneven distribution of work. Duties are assigned based of the path of least resistance for management. Voiced concerns get completely ignored. Leadership out of touch. Moral in the dumpster.
