- Bullying is part of the culture and encouraged at HO. Young and inexperienced airhead managers, that have stepped into their roles by sheer luck, are running and ruining the place. Covering up their lack of knowledge and incompetence with attitude or outbursts - Poor management who don't care about or respect their employees, only care about their own personal gain - There’s no investment into team members. You’re made to feel like just another number, and easily disposable - The rules between staff and employees are quite blurred. Employees are scolded for things management do time and time again - Lack of any form of clear communication - No career opportunities or career progression, they'll keep you as a casual forever
