Nice work hours. Nice colleagues. Relax environment.

- There is no vision where the products is leading. - Management do not knows and understand how the process should be created or it should work. - Most of the work can be described as paching some old errors. - The code it is very hard to understand and there is no documentation or knowldege on most of the code. (People just came and left and nobody knows how the code behaves). - Most of the times you dont know what you will do next and you have to come all the time with ideas on let's do this or improve this. - There is no standard on how the code is written and member is seeing his way as the correct one. - Since there is a total lack of direction it is very hard to consider having a purpose here or actually developing something nice and with impact. - You can propose stuff but usually they are postponed since the bugs are everywhere. - The company lacks a CTO or someone with a given authority to have green line to dicuss and lead the technical perspective. Now the code it is very spaghetti and technologies are mixed in a very bad way.
