- Â BDR team is turn and burn. Â Very slim chance you will be promoted if you are looking to move into a closing role. Â Team members are constantly burning out and they have to hold group interviews to keep new team members coming in. Â
- Territories: Â They give 2 reps all the legacy accounts and let the rest of the team fight over scraps. Â Top two, BDRs will achieve +200% every month while the other 30 reps struggle to hit quota. Â When you miss, prepared to be micromanaged by the BDR Managers on Slack every hour. Â They wont help you, just annoy you until you quit or they can fire you.
- Benefits: Â For a company that just raised a $75M Series C, they offer the worst medical package I have ever seen for a start-up. Â One of my coworkers was paying over a $1k a month just for medical coverage for his family.
