Worked for the company for nearly four years, and the entire time it was a sinking ship. From the day I started I knew it was a mistake. Everything from systems and facilities to the "Boys Club" mentality is horribly outdated. You will go far in this company if you are willing to be a yes man, and disregard profitability and what is best for the company. Also, if you can put money into senior leadership's pocket, even at the expense of the company, then you will be a VP in no time. The vacation time is horrible: 10 days until year 7. Bonus, when you get it is lack luster, and they often find reasons to cut the bonus amount in the 11th hour. Women are treated horribly and never taken seriously, even the ones who have fought their way into leadership. My biggest suggestion is to work literally anywhere else.
