Free Botox, decent PTO, frequent free food & coffee from reps, ability to build fun and wholesome relationships with patients, M-F work week (no weekends), most holidays off
Cons
Incredibly poor training for clinical support staff, they play fast & loose with health $ safety of their staff, micromanagement from higher ups, daily “this is how it’s been done for 20 years” reminders despite the roles (and technology) changing significantly in the last two decades, cattiness, cliques, forced work through lunch hours while still docking that time from your check, discrimination toward pregnant women (they have forced employees to remain at work while actively experiencing a miscarriage)
