Pros
The best part of working here is the team! They are collaborative, smart and really hard working. Everyone seems to be working toward the same goals and driving in the same direction. The leadership team is very involved and engaged. They take time to listen and consider what I have to say, which is refreshing. Culture: There is a Culture Club made up of employees that comes up with really fun things to do, even for remote employees! I've really enjoyed this and been able to even make some great friends. I was given a good balance of autonomy and direction to be successful. My direct manager was always invested in helping me grow, my individual skills with PBI courses or in my position at the company.
Cons
It is a very fast paced environment. For me that was okay and I thrive, but I did see other team members that would fall behind with the workload.
