Compensation does not seem competitive relative to workload and responsibilities. The organization is currently understaffed, resulting in increased pressure on existing team members. Additionally, expanding work-from-home flexibility could better support employee well-being and work-life balance. Overall morale has declined significantly. High performers are often rewarded with additional responsibilities without corresponding recognition or support.
