They also care about what their clients think and how they are perceived in the market place. With there recent acquisition of Clarus they have positioned themselves to not only be the dominant Software Quality consultancy in New Zealand but also within the Agile marketplace.
The annual conference for full time employees makes you feel part of the family.
Cons
While benefits of medical insurance are provided they could use with more small perks to let employees know they are appreciated.
More aggressive training for their employees would be appreciated.
