      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, understanding and good-hearted people. Willing to help you learn and grow.

      Cons

      Office politics. Always getting blamed for everything. Inter-dept. communication sucks. Not much upward mobility if you're not related to someone important. Unlikely to score more than the annual 2.75% raise unless you really push, or leave the company and come back.

      Pros

      Great place to work with lots of opportunity for improvements and to make an impact. It is publicly traded and benign corporate feel, but you can get past that.

      Cons

      Some managers do not hold their people accountable.
