      Pros

      Compensation and benefits, holiday shutdown, still remains remote work.

      Cons

      Not transparency of cost saving initiatives, constant reorganization which is confusing and frustrating. Much less career development opportunities than years ago.

      Good benefits, not many layoffs

      Cons

      Managers are hit or miss. Lots of favoritism not based on performance and they tend to hire 22 year olds with no knowledge of sales, making the company less valuable and sales reps to have bad reputations with doctors. Makes sense why there’s constant lawsuits. Salaries also aren’t competitive
