      The hourly rate was decent. The employees are very nice.

      Cons

      The turnover is really high. The people that run the company are only out for profit and don’t care about the patients. I think they are not good people.

      Trains you well, helpful managers and supervisors, learned a lot about medicare advantage plans

      can run into very rude customers and providers, heavy workload during OEP and AEP, understaffed due to high retention
