Great for new grads with a bachelors degree to get into Recruiting with just a degree and none or some internship experience. WFM after 13 weeks up to twice a week, good training, accepts most majors, locations in all big cities across America.

Cons

Trainee pay first 13 weeks with no commission. But after 13 weeks pay bump to 45k salary and commission, then 55k and comission with incentive based bonuses from 1.4k-12k per year.

Pros

Aston Carter provided excellent opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and leadership development. I had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and insurance clients in the country, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
