Some people were genuinely kind hearted and down to earth

Way too much backstabbing for such a small department. When management calls you out for things that are futile with regard to what they are well aware of their team getting away with, alongside being so close to each other that anything they want to pull up with you reaches the team way before you, it makes you feel shunned and excluded. For some reason every employee that was from an ethnic minority background complained about the same thing across the board. They all seem to have their theories on the prejudice clearly apparent
