The office vibe is usually Viva La Vida, with flexible hours and a chance to Shiver with excitement over cool projects. Leadership has The Scientist mindset, always experimenting with new ideas, and the swag is Yellow-worthy.

Lately, it feels like we’re stuck in a Fix You situation. The rumor mill’s spinning faster than a Speed of Sound after that viral moment. Some higher-ups seem to be Lost! in their own Paradise, leaving us wondering if workplace boundaries are just A Rush of Blood to the Head. Gossip’s got everyone distracting from the Magic of our work. HR could use a Warning Sign to tighten up culture and communication.
