What a mess - Anonymous employee Astrophysics Employee Review

Family-run company with core values revolving around nepotism and favoritism. No foundation, structure, and direction. Employees are expected to take on responsibilities way above their pay grade while aimlessly trying to navigate through non-existent processes by themselves because of a lack of management. You get paid in peanuts with no room for growth. Apparently, all employee grievances can be resolved with pizza and donuts. They implement ridiculous rules for some while others are able to do whatever they want. A hierarchy exists within the company and your value as an employee depends on your usefulness. The company radiates negativity and toxicity. If you’re looking for real experiences, you won’t find any here.
