As we came into 2025, we refined quotas to align with market conditions while ensuring sales teams can succeed. It’s important to note that our commissions remain uncapped, allowing high performers to maximize their earnings.
Regarding PTO, while we offer a flexible time-off policy, it is not an unlimited program. Employees are encouraged to take time off as needed, but as with any role, essential duties—including quota attainment for sales teams—remain expectations. We aim to provide balance while ensuring business needs are met.
We also recognize the importance of open communication, which is why we hosted our recent SKO exec-led dinners, to gather direct feedback from our sales teams across the organization. We value these conversations and use them to shape future improvements.
